Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Jewline AI websites, Telegram bots, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jewline provides API access to AI models and related tooling under paid or granted plans. Features, models, limits, and pricing may change. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or operational needs.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys and account credentials confidential. Activity under your keys is considered your activity. Do not share keys publicly. You may rotate keys in the Telegram bot when available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass quotas, billing, or access controls;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• resell access except as expressly allowed by Jewline;
• use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or content intended to cause severe harm.

4. Plans, quotas, and renewals

Plans include usage allowances described at purchase time. Unused allowance typically does not roll over unless we say otherwise. After a billing period ends, limited grace access may be offered for renewal. Payment processing, when enabled, is subject to the payment provider’s terms.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Model outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewline disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
